Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Shift: [Day / Night / Rotational]

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our support team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email, chat, and ticketing system) interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Voice Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or relevant departments.

Non-Voice Support:

  • Respond to customer queries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure timely closure.

General:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality parameters.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Proficient in typing and basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
