Role Overview

We are hiring 10 BPO Non-Voice Process Executives for our Bangalore office. The role involves managing customer queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring professional and accurate responses — with no outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

• Resolve issues quickly and escalate complex cases when needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet performance KPIs: response time, accuracy, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome).

• Good written communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge & typing speed (25–30 WPM).

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving approach.
