Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore
Salary: 17,000 to 20,000 (In Hand) +CTC
ALL CANDIDATES WILL BE PROVIDED WORK FROM HOME AFTER 3 MONTHS ALONG WITH LAPTOP AND BASIC INTERNET CHARGES.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Non Voice process(Chat Support) to join our team in Tin Factory, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.
Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.
Good communication skills in English with any 1 Regional language
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
