Job Summary:

The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa and immigration process, assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and providing professional advice to ensure smooth application procedures. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on various visa processes (student visa, tourist visa.) based on their profiles and requirements.
  
  

• Evaluate clients’ eligibility and advise them on the appropriate visa options.
  
  

• Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documents.
  
  

• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures of different countries.
  
  

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.
  
  

• Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with professionalism.
  
  

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for visa application success and service quality.
  
  

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  
  

• Build strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals.
  
  

• Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, documentation, compliance) to ensure smooth workflow.
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of visa/immigration processes and requirements.
  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Good persuasion and counselling ability.
  
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
  

Multilingual skills (preferred, but not mandatory).
