Verification Executive

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Executive – V&V to support verification and validation testing of new diagnostic products developed by our R&D team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals from a medical laboratory background to gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostic systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Perform verification & validation (V&V) testing of biochemistry and CLIA systems as per international standards

Conduct performance testing using samples, controls, and standards

Handle sample collection and testing (manual as well as analyzer-based)

Ensure accuracy and quality of test results

Compile and analyze test data

Prepare detailed reports as per defined protocols

Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QC, PMG)

Visit and work with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare partners for ongoing projects

🔹 Key Interactions

Internal: R&D (Research & Innovation), QC, PMG teams

External: Pathology labs, hospitals, doctors

🔹 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quality and accuracy of testing

Turnaround time for testing and reporting

Quality of documentation and reports

🔹 Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. + DMLT (Mandatory)

Experience: 0–2 years in medical laboratory / diagnostic setup

Basic knowledge of biochemistry and CLIA analyzers

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Willingness to travel to labs/hospitals for testing activities
