Job Description (JD)

KAMAWELL AYURVEDA is looking for a verification Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to confirm their orders.
Verify customer details such as address, contact number, and product information.
Explain Ayurvedic products and resolve basic customer queries.
Ensure accurate order confirmation before dispatch.
Coordinate with the Dispatch and Customer Support teams.
Maintain confirmation records in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily confirmation and quality targets.

Eligibility:

Candidates with knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and treatments will be given preference.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.

💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on Interview & Experience) + Incentives
