Sales Telecaller

The Relationship Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with healthcare partners, and driving sales of Ayurvedic medicines through the B2B channel. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for the healthcare and Ayurveda industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls, networking, and digital platforms.

• Develop business with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers.

• Present and promote the company's Ayurvedic product portfolio.

• Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and close sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.

• Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for smooth order execution.

• Follow up on payments and maintain healthy business relationships.

• Maintain Google Sheets records and submit daily sales reports.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
