Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has past experience of making travel arrangement both domestic and international, for employees of all level in the firm.

Expertise required in making cost effective -

1) Ticket Booking (Air/Rail/ Road)

2) Hotel booking (Domestic / International)

3) Visa Processing

4) Ticket/ reservation cancellation

5) Strong co-ordination (internal as well external)

6) Good Communication skills (verbal & written)

7) Vendor Management and Billing expert

Reports to Manager in Accounts Department. Should be available and comfortable working round the clock, as per business needs.
