Customer Support Travel Counsellor

Travel Counsellor - Female. We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and confident female candidate to join our company as a travel counsellor. Your role will be to promote our holiday packages to both existing and new clients through various channels, including social media, telecalling, and direct one-to-one discussions across the table.

Key Responsibilities During Training: Manage the director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule. Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients and vendors. Assist in itinerary planning, hotel/airline coordination, and visa documentation. Prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential records. Travel for site inspections/FAM trips, attending seminars & road shows on behalf of the company as and when required. Support sales, admin, and back-office operations.

Requirements: Gender: Female candidates only. Age: 22-35 years. Full-time professionals only; students need not apply.

Education: Graduate in any stream. Travel/tourism/hospitality preferred. Skills: Good English communication, MS Office, strong geographical knowledge of India & Southeast Asia. Traits: Well-presented, disciplined, willing to travel solo or with coworkers to attend meetings, seminars & conferences, and committed to a 2-3 year tenure.

Training & Salary Structure: Provisional Period: 3 months at ₹10,000 - ₹11,000/month depending on your knowledge. Early hike possible for exceptional performers or experienced candidates. Post 3 Months: ₹12,000/month based on performance. After 6 months of training: ₹15,000/month fixed, based on overall performance. Bonus: Performance-based sales incentive after confirmation.

Growth Path: On successful completion, you’ll be confirmed as a personal assistant to the director with opportunities to move into operations, sales, or business development roles.

The candidate should have good geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries. Must be able to communicate in English via WhatsApp and email with clients.

We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, and in Salt Lake Sector 2, near Sector 5 Metro Station. Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided no travel-related work is pending and there is no tour movement.
