Travel Consultant – Siliguri (Work From Home)

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (or nearby regions only)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + attractive incentives
Work Mode: Remote (WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Travel Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in selling tour packages. The candidate should have good knowledge of Northeast destinations, especially Sikkim and the Darjeeling region.

The candidate must be based in Siliguri or nearby areas only. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required. The role involves talking to customers, handling inquiries, and managing different business situations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming/outgoing travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable tour packages
Create and explain customised itineraries (mainly Sikkim & Darjeeling)
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Coordinate and negotiate with hotels for the best possible rates
Maintain booking details, customer records, and follow-up data properly
Ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience for every customer

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in selling tour packages (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Northeast India, especially Sikkim & Darjeeling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good communication & convincing skills (English, Hindi, Nepali/Bengali bonus)
Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in Siliguri or nearby locations only
Own laptop/desktop with stable internet/ Wi-Fi is mandatory
No degree required — experience matters more
