Experience Level: 1 Year minimum

Salary upto 60,000 Gross / Net

No of vacancies: 2 ( Afternoon Shift – 1.30 pm to 10.00 pm)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Air Ticketing Executive (International / Domestic) Travel Consultant.

Reservation, Ticket Issuance, Creation of PNR, Re-issuance ,Cancellation, Refunds & Checking Queue on GDS (Galileo & Amadeus) .Working out on itineraries & NDC Ticketing.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• The Candidate should be able to read fare rules & penalty / PNR Creation/ Blocking on GDS (Galileo & Amadeus).

• Worked on CRS (Like Amadeus / Galileo ) as well as Issuance of LCC Airlines

• Candidate who has handled independently International / Domestic Air Ticketing – LCC & GDS Airlines.

• Candidates who has done IATA/ Diploma in Travel Tourism Course etc would be added advantage.

• Should Know how to Issue / Re-issue/ Cancellation/ Refund on GDS (Galileo / Amadeus)

• Should Know about Online Portals for Ticketing

• Rotational Shift

• Good Call & E-mail etiquettes.

• Minimum 1- 2 Years of Experience in Ticketing.
