Job Title: Travel Consultant – Navigator GDS (Level 2)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Buyout Option Available)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2H (Business-to-Human) Voice interactions with clients, providing accurate travel solutions and support.

• Work on Sabre and Amadeus GDS in cryptic mode for reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and ADM processing.

• Manage flight bookings, fare quotes, PNR creation, and itinerary changes while maintaining service quality standards.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies and internal quality metrics.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve queries promptly.

• Maintain knowledge of airline procedures, travel products, and fare rules.

Required Skills & Competencies

• GDS Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Sabre and Amadeus in cryptic mode (both mandatory).

• Ticketing & ADM Experience is required.

• Excellent verbal communication skills for voice-based B2H support.

• Strong written communication for email correspondence.

• Ability to handle complex travel requests efficiently.

• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

• SHL Assessment:

  • Svar (B2 - 61)

  • Writex (B2 - 60)

• GDS Assessment: Both Sabre & Amadeus

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in GDS operations (L2 level).

• Must be available for immediate joining.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA

• Buyout option available for immediate joiners.

Note: Candidates must successfully clear both SHL and GDS assessments to qualify for final selection.
