Job Role:
We need an assistant who can help prepare travel itineraries, manage correspondence through email and other social media for client inquiries, and assist with promotions on social media platforms and in travel blogs/content writing as required. Responsibilities also include making hotel and transport reservations, issuing air tickets when necessary, planning itineraries, exploring new destinations and travel plans, and handling groups at the airport (FIT and GIT) as needed. Office management tasks include outdoor and indoor jobs as required, banking, filing travel documents, data entry, office maintenance, and managing the pantry, including arranging travel insurance. These outline the basic aspects of your job profile, which also includes managing the office in the CEO's absence. Please focus on itinerary planning, preparing quotations based on client queries, and making follow-up phone calls for package promotions.
Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays, unless urgent work or tourist activities arise.
