Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end assistance in visa processing for multiple countries.

• Communicate with clients to explain visa requirements, travel documents, and package options.

• Prepare, review, and verify visa documentation and travel packages as per client needs.

• Stay updated with current visa regulations, embassy rules, and travel guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, hotel bookings, etc.) to deliver complete travel solutions.

• Manage client interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of client documents and visa applications.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in visa consulting or tours & travel industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of visa documentation, travel regulations, and embassy procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking tools is an advantage.

• Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
