1. Ticketing Executive (Experienced)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–3+ years
Role:
• Domestic & international ticketing
• Reissue, cancellation & refunds
• Handling Galileo / Amadeus

2. Travel Operations Executive (GDS Role)
Location: Kolkata / India (On-site)
Experience: Entry to mid-level
Requirements:
• Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre
• PNR handling, ticketing, refunds
• Excel & reporting skills

Responsibilities:
• End-to-end booking lifecycle
• Airline coordination

3. Ticketing Executive (Fresher)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹2.5 LPA

Skills Required:
• Galileo / CRS knowledge
• IATA / Travel & Tourism diploma
• Good communication skills

Role:
• Domestic & international ticketing
• Customer handling (calls/emails)
• Booking & reservations
