Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel bookings and reservation processes for clients.
Assist in planning travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels and travel partners for booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
Provide support with travel documentation and itinerary updates.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Interest in travel planning and tourism services.
Qualification:
