Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Share available villa options as per client requirements.
Coordinate with villa owners for availability, pricing, and booking confirmation.
Manage booking records and update systems accordingly.
Ensure client satisfaction and handle post-booking queries or issues.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and partners.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of villa/resort accommodations preferred.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and booking platforms.
Strong customer service orientation.
