Handle air ticketing (domestic & international) using GDS systems such as Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
Book, issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per client requirements
Manage PNR creation, fare rules, routing, and ticket pricing
Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes, upgrades, and special requests
Handle hotel and travel bookings if required
Ensure compliance with airline policies, company procedures, and travel regulations
Provide timely responses to client queries via email, phone, and chat
Maintain accurate booking records and prepare MIS / reports
Assist in handling visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation
Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time)
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
Good knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
Ability to handle pressure and multiple bookings efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism (preferred)
