Travel Consultant

• Handle domestic & international ticketing through portals

• Manage end-to-end visa documentation, submission, and follow-ups with embassies/consulates.

• Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages as per client requirements.

• Provide accurate fare quotations, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations.

• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and vendors for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely processing of visas and maintain updated knowledge of visa guidelines.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
