••We're Hiring: Travel Sales Executives (2 Openings)•

Hi everyone, I'm Aadi, Founder of AirFlexTrip - а Delhi-based travel start-up helping clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa services.

We're growing, and we're looking for 2 Travel Sales Executives to join our core team in East Delhi.

This is a pure sales role - your job is to convert client enquiries into confirmed bookings and earn great incentives while doing it. If you love talking to people, closing deals, and want to grow with a start-up from the ground up, this is for you. As a founding team member, you'll have direct visibility into how the business grows and real ownership as we scale.

Location: East Delhi•

Openings:• 2•

Working Days:• Monday-Saturday

Office Timing: 10 AM - 7PM

Salary: Fixed /-month + attractive incentive on

every booking you convert•

Experience:• 1-2 years preferred•

Preferred Background: Travel sales, tour & travel agency, visa consultancy, or telecalling/BPO sales

Joining:• October First week

We are an early-stage start-up, not an established agency - so the pace, structure, and resources will feel different from a big company. Processes are still being built, and you'll be part of shaping them.

- The first 3 months are on a contractual basis. Based on how you perform, we'll decide your salary structure, role, and growth path going forward - this isn't a formality, we genuinely use this period to build the right long-term team.

- You'll be working closely and directly with me as the founder, not through multiple layers of management which means fast decisions, but also means your work and attitude will be visible and valued directly.

What You'll Do:

Handle client enquiries for flights, hotels & visa services

Follow up consistently and convert leads into paid bookings

Upsell services like travel insurance & hotel upgrades

Be a true all-rounder - from first enquiry to final booking
