Job Description
The role focuses on managing outbound and inbound customer outreach programs, promoting upsell and cross-sell
opportunities and driving online acquisition initiatives in collaboration with Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Customer Value Enhancement
Touch base customers to upsell or cross-sell campaigns for higher bandwidth plans, value-added services, OTT
bundles, and add-on products.
Promote plan upgrades and service enhancements to existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
2. Customer Lifecycle Management
Engage customers proactively during key lifecycle stages including activation, adoption, renewal, and retention.
Educate customers about available products, offers, and service enhancements.
Ensure timely communication regarding promotional campaigns, product launches, and service updates.
3. Campaign Management
Support digital and online acquisition initiatives launched by Marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, campaign responses, and lead outcomes in CRM systems.
Capture customer feedback and share insights with Team Leaders and relevant stakeholders.
Achieve campaign productivity and conversion targets.
4. Data Management & Compliance
Update customer records, interaction notes, and campaign outcomes in CRM platforms.
Ensure adherence to customer communication guidelines, data privacy requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain accuracy and quality of customer information.
Follow defined processes, scripts, and quality standards.
Education
Bachelors in any discipline.
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele-Sales, Customer Retention, Customer Success, Customer
Value Management, Inside Sales, or Contact Centre Operations.
Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, DTH.
