Hiring: Agent – Call Centre Operations (UAE Project)

We are looking for a dynamic person with strong communication skills and confidence to support customers .

📍 Location: Noida sector 3

🕒 Shift: Rotational

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)

⏰ Calling Window: 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM

( Only Day shifts for Female and Night allowance extra for odd hours )

Salary 20k -30k CTC

🔹 Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Handle customer queries .

Graduate from a recognized university

Fresher - up to to 6 months

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
