Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs during inbound interactions and recommend suitable banking products (cross-selling).
Promote products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and other financial services based on customer profile.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively pitch and explain benefits to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for cross-selling while maintaining service quality standards.
Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow compliance, quality guidelines, and banking regulations during all customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and trust.
Collaborate with team leaders and support teams to improve performance and resolve escalations efficiently.
