Should have experience into Inbound- Customer Service, min of 1year IB Exp.
Knowledge of Customer Service / Cust Experience, From a Hospital / Medical process would be added advantage.
Decent Comm. Skills., Soft spoken, Mandate - handling Inbound Customer Service.
Should have experience / skills to give customer resolutions -FCR, Happy to help tone. Rotational shift timings - 24•7 process timings, with Rotational Week Offs - NO WEEK OFF ON MONDAY'S
9-10 diff shift timings, any 9 hours as per biz requirements Transport only for 10am to 7pm (Process timing is 24•7)
