We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Dfly International Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Education. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits where required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.
Resolve student queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
