Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information about educational programs, courses, admissions procedures, and financial aid options.

• Generate leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and follow-up with prospects.

• Establish and maintain rapport with prospective students and their parents. 

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and counseling sessions. 

• Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. 

• Offer advice on potential career paths based on academic interests and achievements. 

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain complex information clearly. 

• Ability to effectively persuade and encourage enrollment in educational programs. 

• Ability to relate to the feelings and concerns of students and parents and provide empathetic support. 

• Ability to maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. 

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Experience in outbound sales or customer service roles.

• Previous experience in a counseling role within an educational institution.
