🎯 Role Overview:

The Team Leader – Fundraising Executive will oversee a team of 15–20 fundraising professionals, driving donor engagement and revenue generation for Utkarsh Global Foundation’s social initiatives. This role demands strategic thinking, people management, and hands-on fundraising expertise.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers and field fundraisers.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

- Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met across the team.

- Fundraising Strategy & Execution

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop fundraising campaigns.

- Implement donor outreach strategies via calls, emails, and events.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

- Donor Engagement

- Support team in building long-term relationships with individual and corporate donors.

- Ensure high-quality donor communication and stewardship.

- Reporting & Analysis

- Track team performance and fundraising metrics.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
