Customer Support Telecalling Team Leader

*Relationship Manager – Premium Travel Membership*

*Location:* Bengaluru

*Job Overview*

Handle qualified leads generated by the Telecalling team, conduct 10-minute Google Meet presentations, understand customer travel needs, present the Premium Travel Membership, handle objections and convert prospects into members.

*Key Responsibilities*

✔ Conduct Google Meet presentations for qualified leads.

✔ Understand the customer’s travel preferences and requirements.

✔ Present the Premium Travel Membership and explain its benefits clearly.

✔ Demonstrate how the membership can add value to the customer’s future vacations.

✔ Handle customer questions, concerns and objections professionally.

✔ Follow up with interested prospects and close membership sales.

✔ Achieve daily, monthly and annual membership sales targets.

✔ Guide customers through the enrolment and payment process.

✔ Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.

✔ Coordinate with the Operations team for successful member onboarding and service delivery.

*Key Skills*

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Strong sales and closing ability

-Confident in handling objections

-Customer-focused and persuasive

-Good negotiation and follow-up skills

-Kannada & English preferred

-Experience in travel, hospitality, membership or sales is an advantage
