Job Title: Team Leader – Collection Telecaller

Location: Vrindavan Society, Thane West

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage our Collection Telecaller team. The role involves supervising telecallers, driving collection targets, and ensuring effective customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of collection telecallers.
Allocate daily calling tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in collections/telecalling.
Ability to manage targets and motivate a team.
Knowledge of collection processes and customer handling.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
