Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
(Role Overview)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
(Key Responsibilities)
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/tele callers.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist team members in lead conversion and client handling.
• Track leads, sales activities, and team productivity.
• Coordinate site visits and support the sales closure process.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Experience: 2–5 Years in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling
