Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at My Money Mantra. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers selling loan products.

• Train new team members on scripts, sales techniques, and compliance standards.

• Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and team performance.

• Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up and closure.

• Achieve and exceed team targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales.

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track individual and team performance using reports/CRM tools.

• Maintain high morale and discipline within the team.

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager or Branch Head for lead management and campaign updates.

• Conduct regular feedback and performance review sessions with team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum: 12th or Graduate in any discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in telecalling or loan sales; minimum 1 year in a team leader role.

• Strong knowledge of personal loans, business loans, or other unsecured financial products.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Good understanding of telecalling tools, CRM systems, and reporting formats.

• Ability to lead by example, meet deadlines, and manage targets.
