📍 Location: Thane West

💰 Salary (In-Hand): ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

💻 Experience: Minimum 2 years in International BPO (Team Handling Mandatory)

🎓 Qualification: HSC or above

🕒 Office Timings: 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

📅 Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

✅ Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience in International BPO (Lead Generation preferred)

Hands-on experience in using Dialers (Predictive/Manual/Auto)

Knowledge of Attrition calculation formula and team performance tracking

Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

Strong ability to manage team targets, motivate agents, and handle escalations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

📌 Note: Understanding of BPO operations, reporting, and attrition control is highly preferred.
