  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a pre-sales team, including telecallers, CRM executives, and lead managers.

  • Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing pre-sales strategies aligned with sales targets and business goals.

  • CRM Management: Utilizing and optimizing the CRM platform for lead tracking, automation, and analytics.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing to ensure quality lead generation and with sales teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

  • Reporting: Preparing and analyzing reports on pre-sales activities and performance.

  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with potential buyers through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to provide property information and build relationships.

  • Site Visits: Coordinating and conducting site visits for potential buyers.

  • Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
