Job Title: Team Leader – Recovery / Collections

Salary Range: ₹24,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

Acuerdo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Team Leader – Recovery/Collections to manage and drive a high-performing team focused on loan recovery and settlements. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a results-oriented approach toward achieving daily and monthly recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 8–10 collection executives and monitor their daily performance.

Handle senior-level negotiation calls with customers for settlement and payment recovery.

Ensure timely collection of dues and maintain a healthy portfolio.

Track and improve team performance metrics like Collection Numbers, DRR (Daily Recovery Report), AHT (Average Handling Time), and PTP (Promise to Pay) follow-ups.

Motivate, train, and guide team members to achieve individual and team recovery targets.

Handle escalated calls and support executives in difficult customer interactions.

Maintain accurate MIS and daily reports for management review.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recovery operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance during recovery calls.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC, Bank, or Recovery Agency).

Proven experience in team handling and performance management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and report management.

Target-driven, disciplined, and proactive approach.
