Lead and supervise telecalling executives
Monitor daily calls, conversions, and follow-ups
Set targets and track team performance
Provide training and motivation to team members

Handle escalated customer queries
Support team in lead conversion
Ensure proper explanation of platform benefits
Maintain quality standards in customer communication

📈 Reporting & Coordination

Maintain performance reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
