Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Maintaining customer payment records
Responding to customer queries
Excellent negotiating and communication skill
Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
Should have good knowledge of MS office / Work / Excel and Power point.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable.
