Job Description – Insurance Renewal Executive

Department: Renewal

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Renewal Executives to handle Health and Motor Insurance policy renewals. The candidate will contact existing customers, resolve their queries, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely policy renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact existing customers and follow up on Health and Motor Insurance policy renewals.
Explain policy details, renewal terms, and premium information to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate policy-related assistance.
Maintain good customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.
Achieve assigned renewal targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support the renewal process.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills

Any graduate from a recognized university.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of Health Insurance or Motor Insurance is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
