Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Make outbound calls to identify potential buyers/sellers, explain property features, and qualify leads.
Client Interaction:
Answer inbound calls, address queries, and provide information on listings, projects, and promotions.
Scheduling:
Book appointments for property viewings and meetings between clients and real estate agents.
Data Management:
Accurately log call details, update client information, and maintain records in CRM systems.
Follow-up:
Maintain communication with prospects to nurture interest and drive conversions.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Essential Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening, Persuasion and negotiation skills, Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities, Ability to handle rejection positively, and Knowledge of real estate basics is a plus.
