ob Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Loan Recovery Officer/Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding loans from borrowers, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recover Outstanding Loans: Contact borrowers through phone calls, emails, and visits to recover outstanding loan amounts.

2. Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with borrowers to negotiate realistic payment plans and settlements.

3. Maintain Accurate Records: Update loan records, track payments, and maintain accurate documentation.

4. Communicate with Borrowers: Provide excellent customer service, respond to borrower queries, and resolve issues.

5. Meet Recovery Targets: Achieve individual and team recovery targets, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

6. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the team to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and improve recovery processes.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in debt recovery, loan recovery, or a related field.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and debt recovery software

4. Certifications: Certifications in debt recovery or a related field are an added advantage.
