A Tele sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and persuading them to make a purchase. Conduct Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling) and handle inbound calls from interested customers to promote and sell products or services.
Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and assess their needs and suitability for the company's offerings.
