Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve coordinating various healthcare projects, managing communications with patients, and ensuring smooth operations of tele calling activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring healthcare projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Tele calling:

- Make outbound calls to patients, Enrolling them in the pro… - Make outbound calls to patients, Enrolling them in the program.

- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database in CRM with relevant information.

- Follow up with clients and patients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.

Administrative Support: -

Assist in maintaining and organizing project files and documentation.

- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
