JOB DESCRIPTION: TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
Position: Tele Sales Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW
NTURM Engineers Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and communicative Tele Sales Executive to join our team.
Unlike traditional sales roles, this position carries no strict monthly sales targets. The primary focus of
this role is relationship management, maintaining strong communication with existing and potential clients,
coordinating requirements, and gathering valuable business feedback.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with existing clients and inbound leads to maintain active
engagement and address their business needs.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal operations/sales
teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Feedback Management: Connect with clients post-service or delivery to gather detailed feedback,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Database Management: Keep accurate, updated records of client interactions, contact details, and
feedback notes in the company database.
Query Resolution: Handle incoming client inquiries professionally and route complex technical or
commercial queries to the appropriate team members.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both spoken and written).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and excellent, professional
phone etiquette.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer relationship management (CRM), or client
coordination is a plus, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport easily with clients and handle feedback constructively.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and professional email communication.
