Job Summary:
The SMR Caller is responsible for contacting existing customers to remind them about upcoming or overdue vehicle/service maintenance schedules, booking service appointments, and maintaining customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders.
Inform customers about due or upcoming maintenance services.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM/system.
Follow up with customers who miss appointments.
Explain service offers, campaigns, and promotions when applicable.
Coordinate with the service team regarding customer bookings.
Maintain daily calling targets and service appointment conversion goals.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle objections professionally.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (as per company requirement).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive service reminders is preferred.
Proficiency in the local language and basic English.
