Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Customer relationship executive to join our company Loanassist. The role offers 12k to 20k + incentives and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer sales related to loan & health insurance. • Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and fresher & Experience both. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a monday to saturday week. Language prefer hindi , marathi & english.
