Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Caller/ Marketing Executive at Krystalone Fin Tech Pvt Ltd located in Vashi Navi Mumbai. The Tele- Caller/Marketing Executive will be responsible for making cold calls and promoting Home Loan, Mortgage products.

Responsible for providing information about services, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining call logs, following up with clients, Customers and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong sales/Marketing and negotiation skills

·        This Role includes Field Sales activities also

·        Creating chain and maintain with real estate connectors

·        Documents collection Digitally and getting File ready of the leads generated

·        Ability to work well under pressure

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

·        Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus

·        Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

·        Good Knowledge of any LOAN will be an additional benefit.
