We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Goodwill Debt Services. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Banking. Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of daily calls to customers whose accounts are delinquent (overdue) to remind them of their outstanding balances.
Negotiation & Payment Collection: Convincing customers to pay their dues, negotiating payment timelines, or setting up structured payment plans based on company policies.
Tracking and Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date logs of all customer interactions, payment commitments (Promises to Pay or PTP), and refusal reasons in the CRM software.
Skip Tracing Support: Working with internal teams to track down updated contact information if a customer’s phone number or address has changed.
Escalation: Identifying high-risk or uncooperative accounts and escalating them to field collection teams or legal departments when necessary.
Compliance: Strictly adhering to financial regulatory guidelines and data privacy laws, ensuring all interactions are ethical and professional.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
