Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain products or services in a clear and engaging manner.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain call records and update the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested leads.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
