Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or front desk roles. She will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain customer database and ensure follow-ups are completed timely.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Update clients about products, services, offers, and promotions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly customer interaction reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a customer service/front office/client handling role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Fluency in English.
