Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team Frederick and Machtig industries pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Promote and sell company products or services over the phone

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly

• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics

• Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer contact

• Record call details, customer information, and sales updates accurately in CRM

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for order processing and service delivery

• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduated and Experience 2-3 Years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 5 Days.
