Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive who is fluent in Kannada and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain products and services clearly in Kannada and English.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate team when required.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an added advantage.
